This Privacy Policy explains how SRMarketing LLC ("SRMarketing LLC", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use CreatorIQ Hub, our affiliate command center for TikTok Shop creators (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Effective date: September 19, 2026.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your name, email address, password, and authentication identifiers when you register or sign in.
• TikTok Shop connection information. When you connect a TikTok Shop creator account, we receive the identifiers and data made available through the TikTok Shop permissions you authorize, such as your creator profile information, opportunities, collaboration and sample records, and performance data.
• Connection credentials. Access tokens and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, which are stored only on our servers and are never exposed to your browser.
• Content you create. Scoring rules, preferences, and other information you enter into the Service.
• Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Authenticate you and manage your account;
• Connect to TikTok Shop on your behalf using the permissions you authorized, and display the resulting data in your workspace;
• Refresh connection credentials as needed to keep your connections working;
• Respond to your requests, questions, and support inquiries;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

SRMarketing LLC does not sell personal data.

CreatorIQ Hub connects to TikTok Shop only through TikTok's official authorization flow. When you connect an account, you approve the permissions granted to the application, and CreatorIQ Hub only accesses the TikTok Shop permissions you authorized and that TikTok makes available to the application. We do not request or use permissions beyond what you have approved.

Access tokens and refresh tokens associated with your TikTok Shop connections are stored on our servers with encryption at rest and are handled only by server-side components. They are never exposed to browser or client code.

You can disconnect a supported third-party account, including any TikTok Shop creator account, at any time from the Connections page in the Service. Disconnecting removes the stored connection and its tokens from CreatorIQ Hub. You may also revoke access from your TikTok account settings.

CreatorIQ Hub is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with TikTok. TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their respective owners.

We do not sell your personal data. We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use trusted vendors for hosting, data storage, authentication, and infrastructure (such as our cloud hosting and database providers). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for other purposes.
• TikTok. When you connect an account, data flows between CreatorIQ Hub and TikTok Shop as needed to provide the features you authorized.
• Legal requirements. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SRMarketing LLC, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of connection credentials, transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and strict server-side handling of TikTok access and refresh tokens.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with the Service is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

When you disconnect a TikTok Shop connection, we delete the stored connection record and its access and refresh tokens. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

You have choices and rights regarding your personal information. Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing.

• Disconnect supported third-party accounts (including TikTok Shop connections) at any time from the Connections page.
• Update account details from the Settings page.
• Submit a data request — access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data — by emailing us at the address listed in the Contact section below. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. TikTok Shop creator accounts themselves are subject to TikTok's own age and eligibility requirements.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice, such as an in-app notification or email.

Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
